HUD Cares Pays a Visit to Richmond VA Housing Authority

WHO: Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) will host Senior Officials from President Biden’s HUD Administration’s United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), along with other partners and stakeholder organizations from Richmond’s affordable housing community, financial/banking sector, non-profit, public housing residents, and local government representatives.

  • “What are the long-term strategies to Move Public Housing Authority families to Self-Sufficiency?” – highlighting RRHA’s one-of-its-kind in the nation Comprehensive Homeownership Initiative for all public housing residents and voucher holders
  • RRHA’s ground-breaking vertical construction at Creighton Court – 1st major redevelopment of public housing in the city of Richmond in a decade (10 years).
  • RRHA Eviction Prevention and Lease Enforcement.
