All Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) participants ( https://myportal-rrha.securecafe.com/residentservices/richmond-live-0/userlogin.aspx ) must recertify annually (recertification deadline is based on your lease renewal date).\n\n\n\nHCVP participants can log into the Resident Portal to verify their recertification is complete. \n\n\n\n\nFor in-person help, come to the recertification clinics:\n\n\n\nWhere: HCVP & Tenant Selection Office918 Chamberlayne Parkway, Richmond, VA 23220\n\n\n\nWhen: Every other Wednesday, 9 a.m.–12 p.m. and 1:30–4 p.m.\n\n\n\nSummer/Fall 2026 Dates:August 5, 19September 2, 16October 7, 21November 4, 18December 9\n\n\n\n\nIf you are uncertain about your status, please call the RRHA Call Center ( https://www.rrha.com/contact/ ).
