The Finance Department performs and supports the Agency with the following major functions:
- General Accounting
- Reporting and Analysis
- Treasury Management
- Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable
- Management of the annual independent Financial Audits
The Finance Department handles all funds received such as tenant rents, government subsidies, and processes all vendor payments, including supporting leased housing in housing assistance payments to landlords which currently exceed $20 million annually.
