Section 8 Owners: Doing Well by Doing Good
The Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) Leased Housing Programs help low-income, elderly, disabled and family households find safe, affordable homes in the private rental market. These programs represent an innovative and mutually beneficial way for the public and private sectors to work together to make sure that Richmond remains a City anyone can call home. The RRHA works together with many local property owners to help provide housing to some of our most vulnerable neighbors.
RRHA’s Leased Housing Programs are easy-to-understand and are a great way for owners to provide affordable housing to the City’s low-income households, while collecting competitive rents.
This section of the website is full of useful information, documentation and resources provided by the RRHA for landlords already participating in the Leased Housing Programs, as well as property owners interested in joining.
