Did you get our last text?

A current mobile phone number ensures you can receive timely text messages about events in your community, resources, services, and critical updates.

To update your mobile phone number:

  • Log in to the Resident Portal to access your resident profile
  • Click the Profile icon on the top menu
  • And then click the Edit Profile button
  • Save your changes

To opt out to RRHA text messages: Reply “STOP” to any RRHA-sent text.

Resident Advisory Board

RAB members speak on behalf of their communities, advising RRHA on policies and planning that will impact residents.

Family Self-Sufficiency Program

FSS helps eligible applicants to develop assets and achieve economic independence. Upon successful completion of the program, participants receive an interest-bearing escrow (savings) account.

Available to both public housing residents and HCVP participants.

Youth Leadership and Employment Academy

Youth Leadership and Employment Academy (YLEA)

The YLEA summer program provides workforce training and employment opportunities for youth and young adults aged 8-17 who live in public housing communities.

Available positions range from administrative to maintenance and provide valuable training and work experience, along with an hourly wage, during the summer months while students are out of school.

The application period for YLEA 2026 has not opened yet.

Resident Advocate

The Resident Advocate (Ombudsman) serves as a neutral and impartial intermediary to help resolve concerns or disputes involving RRHA’s Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher Programs.

These responsibilities protect the standards, environment, quality, and enjoyment of life in our communities. RRHA will enforce these and all obligations and regulations listed in your lease agreement.

Smoke-free Properties

All RRHA properties are smoke-free.

Good Neighbors

No loud noises which disturb the comfort of others are permitted. Quiet hours are 11 PM to 7 AM.

Barbeque Grills

Grilling is not allowed within 10 feet of property buildings. Secure your grill when it’s not in use.

Pets

You must register your pets with RRHA every year at the time of your household’s annual reexamination. Pets over 25 pounds are not permitted.

You are responsible for your pets at all times.

Parking

No vehicles shall be driven, parked, or left in areas other than parking lots, streets, road, and driveways.

Your vehicles must have current decals and plates. Vehicles in violation will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Visitors

Residents may have guests. However, you must notify your property manager if a guest will stay longer than 7 days in a month or 30 days in a year.

Notify management if you are planning an extend time away from your unit.
