We are excited to announce that applications for Youth Engagement Services — Youth Works RVA: Summer 2026 are officially open. Richmond’s Office of Community Wealth Building aims to serve 750 Richmond youth, ages 14 through 24, through paid work experiences, career exploration, and professional development opportunities across the city.

The City of Richmond will host Virtual Information Sessions about the program on March 11 and March 16. Theses sessions cover important program details, timelines, eligibility requirements, and any questions you may have.

Additionally, there will be DMV Pop-Up Events to assist youth in securing their Virginia Identification Card, an important requirement for program participation. These events are designed to help youth get their documents in order with quick, efficient service and friendly staff available to support them every step of the way.
