Recertification Clinics – In Person Only

Time: 9 AM – 4 PM (Closed 12–1:30 PM)
Location: 600 E Broad Street
If you have not completed your recertification and in need of assistance please take advantage of this opportunity
Please note completing your annual recertification is mandatory
Extensions will not be granted this year.
Families who do not complete recertification timely will be terminated from the program.
