Sixteen buildings located at 3100 Nine Mile Road are undergoing demolition from Tuesday, March 17, through Friday, June 12, 2026.
This represents a combination of Phase 2 and Phase 3 demolition activities for the Creighton Renaissance redevelopment project.
The demolition will be performed by S.B. Cox Demolition, with work hours of 8 AM–5 PM to minimize disruption. No traffic disruptions are expected.
The demolition site is off-limits to the public.
An in-person meeting to discuss relocation with residents is scheduled for April 23, 2026.
