RRHA Board Of Commissioners Names New Interim CEO

Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority’s (RRHA) Board of Commissioners have announced that Sheila Hill-Christian will serve as the agency’s Interim Chief Executive Officer beginning April 1, 2022. In addition, over the next several months, the Board will carry out the search for RRHA’s next permanent CEO.

Sheila Hill-Christian is no stranger to Richmond or to RRHA. She has extensive state, local government, and non-profit experience. As a former Executive Director of RRHA, Hill-Christian led the agency through a strategic planning process and significant change while simultaneously working with the RRHA team toward completion of major development projects. She is currently the Managing Director of Fahrenheit Advisors, a consulting and advisory firm that helps companies overcome challenges and find their fastest path to growth.

“After meaningful discussions, it was the Board’s decision to bring on Ms. Hill-Christian to assist the Agency during its transition.  We look forward to her knowledge and experience positioning the agency for success in moving forward,” said RRHA Board Chairman Dr. Basil I. Gooden

Stacey Daniels-Fayson, who has served as RRHA’s Interim CEO since June 2020, will return to the Agency’s Finance division as the Vice President of Finance and will lead Authority’s financial operations. Daniels-Fayson has been with the RRHA since 2007.
