RRHA’s Board of Commissioners invites Public Input on CEO Search

“Click here to provide feedback on RRHA’s new CEO”

RICHMOND, VA— Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority’s (RRHA) Board of Commissioners is seeking public feedback about the search for the next Chief Executive Officer to lead RRHA.  Information gathered will be used to supplement other considerations in determining the top position of the Agency.

As the largest public housing authority in the Commonwealth of Virginia, RRHA serves over 10,000 families and manages nearly 4,000 units. The Agency also provides subsidized housing assistance through its Housing Choice Voucher Program to over 3,000 families.

“The Board’s desire to make the right choice in this critical position to serve our public housing families is about more than having someone capable in the seat. It’s about long-term stability, raising employee morale and enhancing partner and stakeholder relationships,” explains RRHA Board Chairman Dr. Basil Gooden. “The quality of our candidate will have a rippling effect throughout REHA communities and the Richmond community, at large.”
