VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) provides housing protections for people who are experiencing or have experience domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking. These protections apply to RRHA public housing residents and may apply to a household member or other person connected to your household.

To submit a VAWA claim, review the HUD Certification of Domestic Violence, Dating, Sexual Assault, or Stalking PDF (Form 5382) and submit a complete PDF form to the RRHA Ombudsman or submit the online form below.
