All tips will be investigated and determined to be credible or non-credible. Depending on the nature of the tip or concerns expressed, investigations may take up to 60 days.

Special Events on RRHA Property
Residents and organizations are required to apply for approval before hosting special events taking place on RRHA property. Unauthorized special events violate community rules and regulations, and therefore lease agreements for residents.
Those interested in hosting an event should contact the relevant neighborhood’s Resident Services Coordinator. The PDF below includes a description of RRHA’s procedures for special events, as well as an application form.

- Familiarity with public housing communities, including Norfolk Redevelopment & Housing Authority
- Tactical and strategic approach to patrolling communities with resident input
