HCVP Zero “0” Income | Zero “0” HAP Clinic
Participants in the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) and report having no source of income are required to attend the Zero “0” Income/Zero “0” HAP Clinics every 90 days to recertify that they remain without income.
This recertification is mandatory to maintain compliance with program requirements.
When: On specific Wednesdays, 9 a.m.–12 a.m. The Fall 2026 Clinic days are as follows:
- Wednesday, August 12, 9 a.m.–12 p.m.
- Wednesday, October 14, 9 a.m.–12 p.m.
