RRHA Preparing Annual Agency Plans for HUD

Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) is preparing to submit its Annual Agency Plans for Fiscal Year 2026 to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The plans submitted are RRHA’s Annual Plan, Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP), Administrative Plan and Capital Fund Five Year Action Plan.  

The Annual Plan provides a summary of RRHA’s actions, activities, and resources for the coming year. The ACOP and Administrative Plan outline the polices governing the Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher programs, including but not limited to program eligibility, tenant selection, rent determination and occupancy guidelines. The Capital Fund Five Year Action Plan outlines needed repairs, maintenance, and modernization, along with related management activities, for RRHA Public Housing developments.  

Plan materials are available for a 45-day review and comment period and can be accessed online at rrha.com/about/reports-plans; in-person at RRHA’s Administrative offices at 600 East Broad Street, Suite 400; or at any of RRHA’s Public Housing Property Management Offices. RRHA is accepting written comments through Wednesday June 18, 2025. Comments may be emailed to info@rrha.com. Comments can also be submitted on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 during a Public Meeting scheduled to review the plans.
