Subscribe to the Richmond Redevelopment & Housing Authority (RRHA) mass notification system for timely emails and text messages using the form below.
If you are an RRHA resident, you may already be subscribed to receive updates. Please be sure to keep your contact information current in the Resident Portal.

Log in to rrha.app.regroup.com/login to manage the type of notifications you receive from RRHA.
First-time users will need to create a password.

Don’t miss an important message regarding your community!
Public housing residents and voucher holders with a RentCafe account must log into the Resident Portal to update their contact information.
All other subscribers will need to log in to the Alerts Portal to update contact information.
How to Unsubscribe
Want to stop receiving community-related communications from RRHA?
When you receive a message, simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any mass email or reply STOP to any text message.
