We’ll bring in programs to address residents’ mental and emotional challenges and instill pride in our families.
Jobs
RRHA will create more free workforce training and development, second-chance job opportunities, mentor/mentee programs, and educational opportunities for growth and advancement.
Security
RRHA will bring back community policing and a security force to give residents peace of mind.

Security Package
Safety first! In partnership with Sentry Force Security, RRHA will restore safety to our family and senior communities before any law enforcement steps foot on our properties, through:
- Resident-led initiatives (which must incorporate feedback from residents on how to patrol the community)
- Interactive community engagement
- On-the-ground patrols walking the communities
RRHA will also partner with law enforcement agencies including:
- Richmond Police Department
- Richmond Sheriff’s Department
- Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office
- US Marshal’s Office
Hope Package
Our Hope initiative takes a holistic approach focused on early intervention as well as physical and mental aspects of resident lives.
It offers health and wellness services, self-help tools, conflict resolution training, and afterschool activities for youth.

We connect our residents with free workforce training and development, second-chance job opportunities, mentor/mentee programs, and educational opportunities for growth and advancement.
